How we work
How 2clics chooses its sources, checks what it publishes and corrects its mistakes.
Updated on 6 October 2026
Our commitments
What you can expect from every article published on 2clics.
- 01
Verifiable facts
Every article relies on identified sources. They are cited and linked at the end of the article, and each key fact points to its own through a note.
- 02
At least two sources
A story is cross-checked with at least two independent sources, unless it is an official statement from an authority or a company, quoted as such.
- 03
Short, attributed quotes
We report facts, never another outlet's wording. Quotes are brief, in quotation marks and attributed to their author.
- 04
Visible corrections
An error is corrected as soon as it is confirmed, and the article shows "Updated on" with the date of the correction.
- 05
Information, not advice
Our finance articles explain; they recommend neither buying nor selling and are not investment advice.
- 06
Four languages, one content
Every article is published in French, German, Italian and English, with the same content in each language.
Who we are
2clics covers Swiss news on finance and new technologies: banks and pensions, fintech, crypto, artificial intelligence, startups and cybersecurity. It is published by the publisher named in the legal notice.
Our sources
We favour primary sources: federal and cantonal authorities, the Swiss National Bank, FINMA, courts, statements from the companies concerned, published studies and reports. We add recognised media, always credited. The sources of each article are listed at its end, with a link to each.
Verification
Before publication, every fact is checked against its source: figures, dates, names, quotes. A story we cannot cross-check is not published.
Corrections
Spotted a mistake? Report it on the Report an error page. We check every report; a confirmed error is corrected and the article shows the date of the update.
Independence
No content is paid for by a third party. Should sponsored content ever be published, it would be labelled as such, apart from our articles.
